My journey to being in the best shape of my life started November 11th in the picture on the left. I was weighing in at 211. I was not counting calories, I was eating whatever I wanted, working out maybe 2-3x a week. I thought I was happy but I was hiding behind emotions. James Tapp Jr. offered to take me as a 1:1 client and it was my best decision. I can tell you all that I feel the best I have in over 2 years. I am finally falling in love with my body again.
